The Support Clamp (Original Box)

Multifunctional on the Original Box: it holds the paper during preparation, and gives a clean cut.

What it's for

On the Original Box, the Support Clamp is multifunctional. First, holding: since the Original Roller doesn't have a built-in Support Clamp (that's exclusive to the Premium Rollers), this piece pinches the paper onto the tongue so it doesn't ride up — letting you prepare it calmly. Nothing mandatory: it's there if you want it.

How to use it

Then, the cut: clamped onto the Sizing Gauge, it holds the paper on one side for a clean, “French-style” cut with scissors — the “French-style” method is also within reach of the Original Box (detailed in the How to Use guide).
