The Support Clamp
Built into the Premium Roller: the paper stays in place throughout preparation — and releases itself when you close the lid.
What it's for
The Support Clamp stops the paper from riding up during preparation — built directly into the Roller, it clamps in one motion, with no separate tool needed. It can sound minor until you've actually held the Roller; yet it's the testers' favorite feature — and mine too: a real comfort upgrade for preparation, from one very simple motion. It's also the very first part requested — and invented — during the move from the Original to the Premium.
It also hides an invention within the invention: when you close the lid, it releases automatically, with a simple press. A small click confirms it for you — the Roller is properly closed, the paper is released, and everything will move smoothly once you turn the gear.
How to use it
Behind that simplicity lies over a month of work and dozens of trials — of shapes, of placements, since the Roller doesn't have unlimited room — and one real problem solved: before this system, you could forget to release the clamp, and the paper would stay stuck. Not anymore.
The system is actually a combination of four parts. To see them work together, a see-through scene from the King Size Batte animation shows exactly what happens inside when you close the lid — the only way to see it with your own eyes.
Included in: Premium Box and Premium Max Box (built into the Premium Roller).
