Right of withdrawal

1. The withdrawal period

You have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision or to bear any costs other than those set out in Article 5.

This period runs from:

• the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods;
• where you have ordered several boxes delivered separately, the day of receipt of the last item.

If the period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

2. How to exercise this right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the period expires. You may, as you prefer:

• write to us by email at support@labattebyddo.com;
• or send us a letter to: Mathieu Cedelle, 4 rue du Maréchal Foch, 10300 Sainte-Savine, France;
• or use the model form below (its use is not mandatory).

For the period to be met, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the 14 days expire. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your request without delay.

3. Model withdrawal form

You may copy out and complete the template below (annex to Article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code), then send it to us by email or by post.

4. Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund you all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another means; it will not incur any charges for you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of their dispatch, the date retained being that of the first of these events.

5. Return of the product

You must return the goods to the address indicated in Article 2, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after notifying us of your decision.

The direct cost of returning the goods is payable by you. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and proper functioning: please return the product complete, in its box, and in good condition.

6. Made-to-order parts

Some parts are made to order and numbered. Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code would allow the right of withdrawal to be excluded for such goods made to your specifications — but we grant it to you all the same, in every case, including for collector editions. This is a deliberate choice on our part (see T&C, Article 6).
